Gary Knisley, president of Knisley Construction, is a second generation craftsman and builder. His knowledge and commitment to building came from the experience of working with his father, a life-long carpenter. Gary oversees each aspect of the home-building process, working closely with our sub-contractors to ensure a high quality product.
Becky Knisley, Gary's wife, heads up the sales and marketing team. Her extensive knowledge and personal attention to detail plays an important role in ensuring your home is built according to your plans and specifications. Becky oversees our experienced team of sales consultants that assists our clients in all details, from choosing the right plan to helping you sell your existing home.
Becky Knisley also is the broker/owner of Castle Gate Realty, Inc. With over 20 years of Real Estate Sales experience her knowledge can be put to work for you.
Harvey Knisley, Gary’s father, also oversees the building process along with Gary. He supervises each job and is responsible for ensuring the details are completed properly. Harvey is also our full time “ Mr. Do It All.” He is responsible for completing the majority of the miscellaneous items, along with service and warranty items. Harvey is another key part of our daily operations.
